If your dates are at all flexible, please let us know. We book up quickly, especially on summer weekends, but would love to find a way to host you. Our availability is shown in the calendar below - use the contact form below to select dates and we can invoice you accordingly, once the invoice is paid the dates will be blocked out.
You will find us listed on other booking platforms. Booking directly is done at £99 per night with no additional booking or cleaning fees.
Booking Terms & Conditions
By making a booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before arrival. Payment is made via invoice, which includes a secure card payment link.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made 5 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days may not be refundable and are subject to discretion and any applicable admin fees.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am, unless agreed in advance.
4. House Rules
No pets are allowed — the property is on a working farm. No parties, no smoking indoors, and no additional guests unless agreed beforehand. Please respect the property and its surroundings.
5. Damages & Breakages
Guests are liable for any significant damage or breakages. Please let us know about any issues so we can address them quickly and fairly.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
7. Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, transport strikes, government restrictions).
